    Refund policy

    Returns
    Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. Your return must be shipped back to us, with a valid tracking number provided, within this 14-day period to be eligible for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    Please note: LED Clocks are not eligible for returns.
    How to Start a Return:
    To arrange a return or exchange, email us at studio21graphix@cox.net with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and return instructions.

    Refunds (if applicable):
    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

    Late or Missing Refunds - If you haven’t received your refund:
    Check your bank account again.
    Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
    Contact your bank.

    If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, email us at studio21graphix@cox.net.

    Sale Items:
    Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not refundable.

    Exchanges:
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at studio21graphix@cox.net for instructions.

    Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
    For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
